Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Drive hotel courtesy shuttle van to pickup/drop off guests to/from airport and 3 mile radius Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Drive 12 seat van - Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in languages such as , , or preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note:
