Responsibilities:
- Preform pateint exams - Schedule and manage patient appointments using scheduling software - Provide administrative support to the chiropractic office, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with the chiropractor to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and adjusting rooms
