We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts organization.
As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and tools for their needs Utilize your general understanding of automotive parts and their function to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate products Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Must have a general understanding of Automotive Parts and their function Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Must be at least 21 years of age Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish is a plus Ability to learn and utilize computer-based inventory and sales systems Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
