Since we are a small office, being a team player who understands all staff functions and is willing to adjust daily duties to meet the needs of the group and our patients.

We are looking for someone that can work afternoon and must be available for flexible shifts.
The office is open to see patients from 8:
00 am - 7:
00 pm Monday--Friday.
This position could be full time.
Some of the duties for this position include, but not limited to:
Greet patients as they arrive Provide paperwork for new and existing patients Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Data entry for patients Prepare and clean treatment rooms Take messages and scheduling appointments Pull the patient charts for the day Data entry for patient visit charges and payments File charts after patient appointment is completed Collect payments from patients Call patients who missed/late appointments Some of the requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
