- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain and update office records and databases - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with budgeting and financial management - Manage the A/R throughout the practice - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with utilization management (for managed care settings) - Experience in a dental practice is required Please note that the specific duties and required skills may vary depending on the industry or setting.
