ROLE As an Administrative Specialist, you'll be our organization's backbone, streamlining our daily operations and contributing to our ongoing success.
This position is essential to maintaining the high level of service our clients expect and deserve.
You'll be the team's administrative and project management utility player, juggling various responsibilities with grace, precision, and a positive attitude.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with marketing initiatives to foster our firm's growth and reputation.
Manage paperwork, maintaining an organized and efficient filing system.
Handle phone calls professionally and cordially, addressing client inquiries and providing information.
Greet and welcome new clients, setting the tone for our firm's outstanding customer service.
Lead and contribute to various administrative projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a financial services or retirement planning firm is a plus but not required.
