M-F, 8 - 5PM GENERAL DESCRIPTION Weekly invoice and Accounts Receivable processing.
Accounts Payable/Vendor bill input and review for reconciliation.
Adhere to Credit Card Data PCI Compliance Regulations.
New customer/vendor input / filing.
Apply ongoing understanding office Admin processes/tasks relating to weekly office processes so as to acquire a knowledge of the day-to-day office procedures and assist in their fulfillment as needed.
Use Quickbooks Desktop, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other provided software.
Answer telephone for office and interface to customers via telephone, e-mail, fax.
Maintain positive attitude, accuracy, integrity, and willingness to be a team-oriented employee.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS 1 to 2 years Office Admin experience.
1 to 2 years fast-paced / multi-tasking environment.
1 to 2 years Computer Software and/or QuickBooks Desktop experience.
Some College work or College Degree preferred but not required.
Business Acumen skills a preference.
Accurate Data Entry, Attention to Detail, Time-management Skills, and ability to prioritize assigned work tasks are essential to success.
Computer literacy / knowledge required.
