Communicate with Management, customers, and support staff to answer questions regarding customers bills of lading, tracking shipments, schedule and track pickup & deliveries.
Scanning, filing, POD entry, providing documents to customers or other tasks as necessary.
Phone answering and computer skills a must.
Will need to multitask and perform assigned tasks quickly, efficiently, and error free.
