Requirements:
Elite is currently looking for an assistant parts manager to assist parts manager and manage the flow of paperwork to fulfill customer needs, research quotes for customer presentation, maintain inventory levels.
The Selected candidate will also be responsible for the following:
Manage the flow of quotes through the parts department to ensure timely processing.
Maintain proper parts levels to ensure we maintain a proper fill rate.
Manage parts processing for end of month billing.
Manage parts associate to keep them productive and efficient.
Maintain cleanliness of the parts department and warehouse Ensure parts sales goals are met.
Parts experience, Inventory management, leadership qualities To qualify for this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with management and customers, possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to multi-task, as well as the following requirements:
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word.
Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
