They are seeking a highly skilled Project/Account Manager to join their team on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
The candidate selected for this role will work with customers and be responsible for the day-to-day planning and management of account activity, including facilitating completion and delivery of quotes and sales orders.
You will interface with customers and assist the Sales Department to deliver quotes, analyze costs on assigned projects, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy of manufacturing solutions.
This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal teams as well as customers.
Goal of this Position Coordinate and support Request for Quote from current and existing customers by defining cost objectives.
Work closely with procurement team for material availability and pricing, submitting to RFQ.
Service and maintain existing assigned customer base, and support new clients.
Act as a primary point of contact in order to build long-term relationships with customers.
Will act as a key liaison between customer and internal teams.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives Forecast and track key account metrics and goals Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and oversee internal and external communications between external and internal departments Administration of project folders, documents, and information.
Project review, calculation and quoting in accordance with QA guidelines Data entry and disposition of customer contracts Pre-Calculation of material costs, and post calculation of material costs upon completion of the project.
Tracking charges for extra material and unforeseen charges needed to complete project Creation of packing slips for finished goods Initiate ECN's (internal and external) Implementation and Organization Responsibilities Organization of Projects and Assignments Information Responsibilities Maintain overview of all projects including all delivery schedules Supports RFQ coordination with internal teams.
Other Responsibilities Updating customer on completed goods deliveries after review with Production Planning team.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects regarding the production of electronic, precision mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

years of experience in project/account management in manufacturing environment.
Preferred degree in business or technical degree.

years or equivalent experience in project/account management, inside sales or customer liaison in electronics, manufacturing environment.
Intermediate level work experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily interface with customers as well as internal teams.
