Bilingual Customer Services Coordinator
Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange Grapevine, TX Grapevine, TX $16 - $18 an hour $16 - $18 an hour GRACE has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, organized, mission-minded individual to support the activities of the Client Services department.
Pay range is between $16.
00-$18.
00/hr depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls, screen program inquiries & answer basic program services questions; Passionate about helping and assisting clients during intake; Maintain client files & purges as policies indicate; Prepare documents, schedule meetings and assist in registering participants in support of Client Services special events; Work with manager to review outcomes & evaluations for Client Services department and assist in data integrity maintenance, proofing & thorough client dashboard reviews; Keep track of departmental supplies and submits orders to replenish supplies as needed; Collect, sort & distribute mail; Provide administrative support to all departments; Work with Operations Manager to maintain phone system; Ensure common areas kept clean and in order; Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; Experience in customer service and/or client support; Associate's degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Non-profit experience preferred (but not required); Demonstrated computer knowledge including experience in Microsoft Office software; Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for driving; Office management & database management preferred.
Position reports directly to the Client Services Manager.
