In this role, you will demonstrate to clients how to use and manage their Mothernode account, and answer questions relating to their account.
To be successful as a customer service specialist, you should be proficient in the use of SaaS software and able to work well as part of a team.
Ultimately, an outstanding Customer Service Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and superior customer service skills.
Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
Educating clients on how to use Mothernode and customized system features.
Taking calls and emails from customers needing assistance with the software.
Reporting any software issues to the development team for review and resolution.
Solving customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
Assist with training and implementations as needed.
Assist in keeping the online knowledge base up to date.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Customer Service Specialist in the software industry.
Sound technical knowledge.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google applications and SaaS database management systems.
The ability to multitask effectively.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented.
