Grapevine, TX Grapevine, TX Full-time Full-time $20 - $25 an hour $20 - $25 an hour 17 hours ago 17 hours ago 17 hours ago Cardlock Environmental Compliance Assistant - Grapevine, TX Document and track environmental compliance work as required at Cardlock locations including but not limited to repairs, testing, incidents, a notice of violations (NOV), maintenance, and track service technicians' productivity.
Ensure all Cardlock facilities are state compliant and 100% operational.

Responsibilities:
Maintain all site inspection reports, schedule, and record all required testing for each location.
Coordinate with state inspectors on all site NOVs and requested cures.
Coordinate with Pilot Thomas Logistics (PTL) Environmental Consultant to ensure all site certificates are current, both Weights and Measures and Delivery Certificates.
Dispatch:
Technicians as needed to address all work orders.
Outsourced vendors as needed.
Schedule all required inspections and testing.
Recordkeeping:
All monthly inspection reports.
Required annual testing on all fuel systems and components.
NOV reports and provide cures.
Investigate:
Fuel loss or gain.
Property damage.
Troubleshoot sites that are considered down or nonoperational.
Coupa - Request purchase orders as needed.
Coordinate with site contractors and technicians on supply orders.
Troubleshoot site issues using remote connectivity to each site (that is available).
Other Functions:
Special projects as requested Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
1 - 2 years of environmental operations assistant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Working Conditions:
Adheres to all safety and environmental considerations.
Have a strong commitment to safe working practices.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
Requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Stays alert and observes, corrects, and reports unsafe conditions.
