Job Description Primary responsibilities will include the following:
-Managing eligibility for group clients including but not limited to, new business, renewals and existing new hires and termination, -Experience with over-the-phone customer service to include but not limited to addressing client questions, billing etc.
, and with high attention for data entry into insurance related agency and carrier portals, -Researching content and managing the agency's social media objectives -Microsoft Excel knowledge for spreadsheets and proposals.
-Medicare quoting Requirements Job is in office five days a week, 5-6 hours per day.
1 year of insurance admin experience strongly preferred.
-Be a team player with a high degree of collaboration with day-to-day activities -Has Microsoft Office proficiency -Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work independently with a drive to learn, execute and do so with care and concern for agency growth -Enjoys working with and for people as an integral part of agency objectives -Clean criminal background -Reliable transportation Desired -Licensed Health & Life Agent -College degree Job Type:
