You must have a positive attitude and enjoy serving others.
You will be responsible for greeting our guests in the friendliest of manner and offer them a level of customer service that is unprecedented.
You will answer the phones, escort guests to the locker room, check them out at the conclusion of their spa day, assist guests with their retail purchases, and be helpful to them in any other way needed.
Knowledge of the spa programs Millennium or Meevo is a BIG plus.
We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time shifts.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a drive for success and desire to learn and grow.
Hours for this position will include Saturdays.
(Holidays and some evening hours during the Fall and Winter seasons) 1
years front desk/customer service experience in a high-end or luxury spa environment preferred.
Knowledge of Millennium or Meevo Software a plus Knowledge of retail sales Must be able to float between positions in Front Desk, Hospitality, and back of house.
Initiative to build strong client relationships Ability to learn services offered on spa menu Exceptional customer service a must Superb organizational skills Provide excellent communication to clients, service providers and management A desire to work as part of a team High integrity and work ethic a must Reliable travel to and from Southlake Must be able to work hours within 10:
00am-6:
00pm on varied schedule Tuesday-Saturday.
Part time position is 28 hours a week and Full time position is 36-40 hours per week.
Must be able to be on your feet for extended time frames and able to lift 20-25lbs.
